About this event

Join us whether you’re seriously looking to make changes in your life or are just intrigued. We’re confident you’ll learn something about yourself that you can put to good use. Afterwards we hope you’ll sign onto our 13 week programme, but there will be no pressure to do so.

Why might you come along?

  • Looking for a brand new ‘something’ to help you feel energised and relevant.

  • Feel your world is changing fast, and you’re deliberating whether you want to keep up.

  • Tired, over stretched and wondering how much you’ve got left to give.

  • Know something needs to change but don’t know what or how.

  • Frustrated by your own repetitive, unhelpful thoughts.

You’re not alone.

A recent study shows that midlife, the age range that spans between 40 and 65, can be quite tumultuous for women. During this time, women are not only dealing with biological changes, they’re often dealing with work, family, death, securing finances and reaching personal goals.

You can learn to deal effectively with whatever comes your way.

Managing your thoughts is a fundamental step to proactively managing your confidence, life, health and happiness. People who proactively do this, typically have fewer health problems, more energy and find time to focus on things that are important to them, creating a sense of empowerment, capability, confidence and peace.

We support you to unlock possibilities and make the changes you dream of - the changes you need to thrive. We offer a vibrant, interactive, immersive and fun 3 month programme with its roots firmly planted in cutting edge science, wisdom and the benefits of community spirit and strength.
